Three programs. Each one shaped around one person.
From occasional visits to full-service home wellness management — our programs meet different levels of need with the same standard of care.
← Back to HomeHow we approach every care relationship
Before any program begins, we take time to understand the individual — their routines, preferences, health context, and what the family is hoping to achieve. Care planning is built from that foundation, not from a template.
We assign caregivers based on more than availability. Personality alignment, shared interests, and language comfort all factor into matching decisions. Once a caregiver is in place, we maintain that relationship unless circumstances change.
Every active program is reviewed at regular intervals. Adjustments are made based on what's working, what's changed, and what the family would like to see differently.
Initial Assessment
A careful look at the individual's needs, preferences, and home environment before any care begins.
Personalised Matching
Caregiver selection based on personality, interests, and the specific nature of the care needed.
Regular Review
Programs are assessed at structured intervals and adjusted to reflect what's changed.
Family Involvement
Families are kept informed and included in decisions throughout the care relationship.
Social Engagement Visits
Structured visits focused on keeping an elderly family member mentally stimulated and socially connected. A trained companion engages the senior in conversation, light cognitive activities, reading aloud, board games, or guided reminiscence. Sessions last two to three hours and can be scheduled several times per week.
This program addresses the emotional dimension of aging — helping to ease feelings of isolation while maintaining a sense of engagement with the world around them.
What's included:
- 2–3 hour structured visits per session
- Tailored to individual interests and cognitive ability
- Post-visit summary shared with family
- Flexible weekly scheduling
- Consistent companion assignment
How a typical session flows:
Arrival and brief check-in — mood, energy, any updates from family
Main activity — conversation, games, reading, or reminiscence based on the person's energy that day
Light wind-down — tea, quiet time, or a short walk if appropriate
Summary note sent to family with observations and any items to note
Medical Appointment Management
A full-service accompaniment and coordination package for managing an elderly individual's medical schedule. This covers booking and confirming appointments, arranging transportation, physically accompanying the senior to clinics or hospitals, taking clear notes during consultations, and relaying information to the family afterward.
Designed for families who want their loved one's healthcare appointments handled with thoroughness — without placing the entire burden on family members who may have limited availability during working hours.
What's included:
- Appointment booking and confirmation
- Transportation arrangement and accompaniment
- Presence during consultation and note-taking
- Clear summary relayed to family after visit
- Prescription record organisation
- Follow-up appointment scheduling
