A few things that matter when it counts

Screened, Experienced Caregivers

Every member of our care team passes a thorough background check and holds relevant training credentials before meeting any client.

Personalised to Each Individual

We take time to understand the daily rhythms, preferences, and health context of your family member before creating any care plan.

Regular Family Communication

Families receive updates after every visit and have direct access to their care coordinator — no chasing required.

Flexible, Adjustable Scheduling

Visit frequency and duration can be changed as circumstances evolve — no rigid long-term contracts required for most programs.

Gentle, Dignity-First Approach

Our caregivers are trained to support independence rather than replace it, maintaining each person's sense of control and self-worth.

Locally Based in Hsinchu

Our team lives and works in the same community — which means fast response times and a genuine understanding of the local area.

Starting the conversation is the first step.

Whether you have a clear idea of what your family needs or you're just beginning to think things through, we're happy to talk — without pressure, without obligation.

Things families often ask us

How do I know if my family member is ready for home care support?

There's no single right moment. Some families reach out when an elderly parent is recovering after a hospital visit; others contact us when they notice increasing loneliness, changes in eating habits, or difficulty keeping up with medical appointments. We can speak with you at any stage — even if you're not yet certain care is needed.

Who are the caregivers and how are they selected?

Our team members are selected through a thorough process that includes background checks, reference verification, and structured interviews. Each caregiver completes our own onboarding training before being matched to clients. We also aim to pair caregivers with individuals based on personality and interests, not just availability.

What is included in the Social Engagement Visits service?

Each visit lasts between two and three hours and is adapted to the individual. Activities might include conversation, board games, reading aloud, light mental exercises, or simply spending time together over tea. The companion takes note of mood and health observations to share with the family after each session.

Can the All-Inclusive Program be adjusted over time?

Yes, and this is built into the program by design. The monthly family review meetings exist specifically to evaluate how the plan is working and to make adjustments as your family member's needs or preferences change. Nothing is set in stone.

How does the Medical Appointment service handle language or specialist referrals?

Our aides are familiar with both Mandarin and English medical contexts in Hsinchu. They take structured notes during consultations and can help navigate specialist referrals when needed. All information is relayed clearly to family members after each appointment.

What are your service areas in Taiwan?

Our primary coverage area is Hsinchu City and the surrounding East District. We can discuss availability for nearby areas depending on the service type and scheduling. Please contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.

Do you work alongside existing home care providers or medical teams?

Yes. We often work alongside existing medical teams and, where relevant, coordinate with healthcare providers to keep everyone aligned. We see ourselves as part of the broader care network for your family, not a replacement for it.
